Return Policy

Returns

  • JEWELRY: (3) THREE days from when you receive your item.

STEPS:

  • Within three days of receiving your new precious item, email us to express interest in returning the piece. We will ask you a few questions before proceeding. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received, returned with the original packaging and the tag attached. All original documentation must be returned with the merchandise and shipped securely. No returns on re-sizing or altered items.
  • Return merchandise, with insurance for the amount you paid, to ensure safe arrival.
  • Enclose a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If tags are cut off or there has been any alteration (like ring sizing) you cannot return the item

Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts will not be granted a refund. If you receive merchandise with damage or any error, notify Legacy Jewelry Co immediately upon receipt.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval.
  • Your refund will be processed when approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within five business days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at info@legacyjewelryoc.com.

Exchanges or Repair

  • We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to repair, size, or exchange an identical item, send us an email at info@legacyjewelryoc.com and send your item to LEGACY JEWELRY 22921 Triton Way, Suite 231, Laguna Hills 92653

Gifts

  • If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

Return Shipping

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to LEGACY JEWELRY 22921 Triton Way, Suite 231, Laguna Hills 92653
  • You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping fees will be deducted from your refund if we send you a return shipping label.
  • If shipping an item over $75, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless you take steps to Insure or request a signature.
